We launched Lena, named to reflect our commitment to learners across Africa, with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and product and business managers. By year's end, we received the AT&T Ozy Genius Award, a $10k grant to develop our educational management systems.

We chose Nigeria as our launchpad, formed strategic partnerships with local schools, and refined our development through four design iterations based on feedback. Lena also won the Founders’ Fund from the Magnuson Center for Entrepreneurship at Dartmouth, receiving a $5k grant.
