Most schools are live within a week. Import your students and staff, set up classes or departments, and teachers can start publishing the same day.
How do students and staff get on Lena?
Invite them by email, or import a whole class — or the whole school — from a spreadsheet. Staff are invited the same way and take a role when they accept.
What can admins see?
Every student’s record: the courses or classes they are enrolled in, and the grades they have been given. Marking stays with the teacher who set the work.
Do teachers and admins cost extra?
No. Lena is one fee per student per month, and teachers and admins are free however many of them you have.
Can we export our data?
Yes. You can export some of your data yourself, or ask our team for a full export at any time.
