Yes. Independent teachers can set up their own courses and invite students with a code. Your school can join later and keep everything you’ve built.
Do rubrics work with every assignment?
On any assignment with work to hand in. One with nothing to submit — a reading, a notice — has no rubric to fill.
Can students submit from their phones?
Yes, in the app on iOS and Android or in a phone browser, and they can submit text and files from either.
How do quizzes handle late entries?
However you set them. A graded quiz can take entries after it closes, up to a late deadline of your choosing, and marks them Late. Leave it off and the quiz ends when it ends.
